An Aeven Graduate Program is an opportunity to challenge yourself within a specific field of expertise or a technological area in high demand.
We have been running graduate programs for a number of years and we have applied our learnings to develop a dedicated 18 months program with hands-on training and specialized mentoring by some of the most experienced and dedicated people in the IT industry.

As part of our team, you will
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to design and build cutting-edge platforms and solutions across regulated industries.
- Gain hands-on experience in implementing cloud designs.

As part of our team, you’ll dive into
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to lead changes for customers, through agile teams or project teams in the process.
- Gain practical experience in implementing cloud journeys. From strategy to building cloud center of excellence organizations, you’ll be at the forefront of Cloud excellence.
- Lead customer assessments of data and business processes to shape the future cloud roadmaps and transformations.
- Lead Implementation project in close collaboration with the relevant internal and external stakeholders (e.g., System Managers, Cloud Architects, and DevOps Engineers).

Customer Success are looking for a dynamic and professional colleague to take part in one of our Delivery Teams. You will together with the Delivery Team be Aevens face towards our clients and be a representative for our services and deliveries. Through your professionalism, you will become a valued strategic business partner for our customer.
As a graduate in Customer Success you will join a team of highly skilled colleagues and with them ensure that you all work together to ensure a high quality delivery to our client.
Your responsibilities will include
- Maintaining a high satisfaction level from both the customer and internally in the customer team
- Taking part in the daily operation

Your role will be instrumental in accelerating and maturing product development, ensuring Aeven's position as a market leader in the end-user domain.

Product Review:
- Dive into Service Overview (EUS), conduct Product Reviews, and collaborate on Tech Roadmap creation across EUS services.
Product Design:
- Craft compelling presentations showcasing potential products for development.
- Design products to be launched/relaunched
- Be part of the decision-making process for two key products
- Develop detailed product roadmaps for selected products contributing to their strategic evolution.
Product implementation:
- Be a key player in implementing the new products
- Witness the transformation with the launch of the product
Your Qualifications and Experience
- Are you a technical profile? Bring your expertise in Product Management and design thinking, showcasing innovation and problem-solving skills.
- Are you a business profile? Utilize your strong background in Business and customer understanding, coupled with a flair for communication and presentations. Your analytical and structured approach will provide key inputs for management decisions.
These graduates will be strategically placed within our organization. You will work closely with Management, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Business Transformation Leads, contributing to the dynamic landscape of product management.
Throughout the program you will gain knowledge and skills within all areas of IT infrastructure and become acquainted with different technologies. You will obtain a large professional network as well as the opportunity to work with some of the most skilled experts in the industry.
After completing the program, you will continue your career in Aeven as an Infrastructure Solutions Architect.

You will work with major services such as Cloud, Windows, Linux, Unix, Databases, Security, Storage and Network (it sounds more technical than it is). And a lot more!
As a graduate in Project Management, you'll gain experience in project management within the IT infrastructure outsourcing business and receive training based on your profile.

You will also learn how to act as a trusted advisor and how to challenge and transform business requirements into holistic solutions that support Aeven’s technology standards and roadmaps.
You will acquire hands-on experience with the various stages in the project life cycle and understand the communication, reporting and governing principles in becoming a capable project manager.

The recruitment process for a graduate position at Aeven involves several stages:
1. Application review
We carefully review all applications and invite selected candidates for an initial interview.
2. Initial interview
Our hiring manager conducts the first interview and screens the applications.
3. Dilemma assessment
Candidates who are invited to the second interview will undergo a dilemma assessment.
4. Second interview
Candidates who pass the initial interview stage proceed to a second interview conducted by both the hiring manager and HR. This interview includes discussing the dilemma assessment prepared by the graduate..
The Aeven Graduate Program spans 18 months, divided into two or thre modules.

Yes, upon completing the 18-month graduate program, you will transition into a role within the area you specialized in during the program.
Our programs are primarily conducted at our headquarters in Copenhagen (Søborg) or Aarhus. However, being an international company, we collaborate across borders. Additionally, there will be opportunities for site visits to other Aeven locations, including the Czech Republic and the Philippines. When you engage in customer-facing tasks, you may also have the opportunity to work at customer sites in Denmark.
As English is the corporate language at Aeven, fluency in English is required. In some cases, proficiency in Danish may also be necessary. Please refer to the specific job advertisement for details.
